We own the intellectual property used in creating this website, its contents, and its goods. We are the owner of the intellectual property in this Agreement. Other instances of intellectual property that can be found on our website and in our products and Services include, but are not limited to: trademarks, service marks, layouts, logos, business names, designs, texts, written copy, specific images, podcast recordings, videos, audio files, and all of our paid products. All of these items are collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property." Without our prior written consent, you are not permitted to copy, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, make derivative works from, reproduce, or otherwise exploit any of the Intellectual Property that belongs to us and the third parties listed in this Section.

You are given a revocable, non-exclusive permission to download copies of any materials we make available on the Site for your own, non-commercial temporary reading & application in your non-compete business only. This is a licence grant, not a title transfer, and the terms of this licence prohibit the following -

Modify or duplicate the content; use it for any commercial or non-commercial public display; distribute or transfer the content to another person; or "mirror" or "modify" the content to put on another platform or server.
If you do not abide by these limitations, your permission to use this website will instantly cease. You may also cancel your licence at any time. You are required to delete all downloaded materials in your possession, whether they are in electronic or printed format, after viewing the materials or after this licence is terminated.

You agree that any services or goods you download are solely for your own internal company use. Without our prior written approval or unless otherwise specified, you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, create derivative works from, alter, sell, or share with others any products or Services that you buy or download from our website. We hereby grant you a personal, restricted, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the Products for your internal business usage as well as for your own personal use.

A revocable, non-exclusive licence is provided for individuals or businesses to download copies of the contents for temporary, non-commercial viewing only if Company offers Intellectual Property on the Site and/or inside the Digital Product/Program that they can download. We only give the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the intellectual property for their own internal business use and personal use.

Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Client any ownership or other rights in any Intellectual Property of the Website, the Platform, or the Company other than those expressly granted in this Agreement. The client understands that the digital product or programme they purchased is just for their own personal use. Without prior written approval or unless otherwise specified, Client shall not modify, edit, translate, transmit, create derivative works from, alter, sell, or share with others any goods or portions of the Program.


This is a licence, not a sale, and the client agrees that they will not: modify or copy the intellectual property; use it for any commercial or public display (whether for profit or not); provide or transfer the intellectual property to anyone else; or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
Client/Buyer shall not misuse any of our intellectual property and private information in the following ways if Client/Buyer is also a business owner or professional in a related industry:
teaching clients, customers, or audiences any knowledge, techniques, answers, or formulae owned by the company and representing it as the client's or buyer's own;
Copying any of the content or materials from our products for the customer's or buyer's commercial benefit; Copying, publishing, transmitting, transferring, selling, creating works derived from, reproducing, or otherwise using any of the intellectual property that belongs to us, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

If Client/Buyer violates any of the rules pertaining to our intellectual property, this licence will automatically and immediately terminate. Client/Buyer access may be cancelled at any moment by Company if there is any reason to believe that they have violated any of the aforementioned intellectual property restrictions.

Suspicion may be based on, but is not restricted to:

Identification of Client/Buyer content that is based on a confidential framework owned by the Company; Identification of Client/Buyer content that is nearly identical to and/or confusingly similar to the Company's content; Notification by a third party of confusingly similar content between Client and Company.
Any downloaded materials in the client's custody, whether in printed or electronic form, must be destroyed when the licence is terminated.

If we discover that a client or buyer has taken or used any of our intellectual property without authorization, we retain the right to:

Remove the Client's/access Buyer's to the Digital Product right away;
Look into how the client or buyer uses the intellectual property, including buying access to the material (such as courses, programmes, digital goods, etc.) of the client;
prevent Client from accessing our future programmes or material;
Recover all cash used to investigate the Client's or Buyer's infringement of the Company's intellectual property, particularly any legal fees, administrative costs used by us to resolve the situation, and access fees incurred to look into any infringement,
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any future programmes and to pursue all available legal remedies if we learn that you have improperly taken or used any of the intellectual property to which we granted you access. You will also be responsible for paying all fees associated with enforcing these rights through the courts.
